All data produced during “RO-UA Genomes” project will be subject to public release(barring any identifying information) for the general public and research community at the project conclusion. Data is available for all the official collaborators of the project.
Усі дані та результати, отримані під час проекту «RO-UA Genomes», будуть оприлюднені (за винятком будь-якої ідентифікуючої інформації) для широкої громадськості та дослідницької спільноти після завершення проекту. Дані доступні для всіх офіційних співробітників проекту.
Summary statistics of analysis
On the current stage of the project, we can share summary statistics on the mutations found in the population of 150 Ukrainians and their annotations. Expanded analyses and statistics will be shared on the project release date.
На поточному етапі проекту ми можемо поділитися підсумковою статистикою про мутації, виявлені у популяції 150 українців, та їх аннотації. Розширений аналіз та статистичні дані будуть опубліковані в день випуску проекту.

While currently we are unable to release any genomic data, the sequence data and the result analyses are scheduled to be released with the scientific publication associated with the project “RO-UA Genomes”.
If you are interested in acquiring the data, please fill in the following form, and we will reach out to you as soon as the data is cleared for release.
